The heroine of the original Brothers Conflict often puts it that way.] [New chapters start after Chapter 30. Earlier revisions do not affect the plot.] [Because this story's timeline stretched on for so long, the writing style changes noticeably between the first and second halves. If you've read the earlier chapters, you can check out the author's latest completed work in their profile. The second half has a similar style.] [Template cover. I really love this little person, but the protagonist is a double gold.] [Weibo: Qianze Also Wants to Slack Off Today] Here's the thing: three years after he "broke up" with the person he'd once had a thing with, a lot of Asahinas suddenly started appearing around Bai Shi Yiya. Among them were a red-haired junior who worshipped him far too much, a junior girl with a slanted ponytail who inexplicably reminded him of his late older sister, and a two-faced young male idol he met at his part-time job. No, there are forty million people in Tokyo, and he'd managed to avoid them for three whole years. How could he let it all go wrong now? Bai Shi Yiya was determined not to let that happen. A few days later, he found out that the lucky girl who was about to go on a brief three-day date with him was someone who'd taken the Asahina surname after her father remarried. Bai Shi Yiya was beside himself. But still, how could something this coincidental possibly happen? Meanwhile, the real mastermind, who knew full well that no one had been pulling strings behind the scenes, could only say: ...All right, then. If the world had handed him a one-in-forty-million miracle, what reason did he have not to try his hardest to seize it? Bai Shi Yiya, left with nowhere to hide after their unreasonable reunion, smiled bitterly and kissed the love he had never forgotten since middle school. A few notes: * Romance plot: Brothers Conflict. Career plot: SKIP (Skip Beat!). * This story focuses on romance, and only the younger brother and Qizhi have mutual romantic feelings. Everyone else has one-sided feelings or a familial bond. This includes, but is not limited to, Qizhi having dated his older sister, and the younger brother being liked and confessed to by different boys and girls. In love, those two will always be mutually devoted to each other. * Back in middle school, everyone handled their feelings terribly, especially the younger brother. He did a lot of bad things, so don't expect anything from him. * So please, pure-love warriors, spare me and yourselves. * The side couples should be Subaru x Ema and Tsuruga x Kyoko. If there are any others, they're most likely canon couples too. * Blurb revised September 28, 2023. The original blurb is in the author's note at the end of Chapter 1. Theme: Rekindling love may be able to change the worlds of two people.
