[Apocalypse] Zombie Conquest Notes

Fu Li reached the doorway. Gu Qichi called out to him, then suddenly, on impulse, ran up and threw her arms around him from behind. She was too short to reach much more than his neck, so she buried her head in his shoulder and murmured indistinctly, "When you come back, will you be with me?"

Fu Li turned around and looked down at her, at the crown of her dark hair. Then he bent down and gently kissed her eyelid. "Okay."

After that, he opened the door and left with the others.

Fu Li had only taken two steps outside when he heard someone beside him teasing, "The perennial bachelor is actually about to find a partner. What are all us single dogs supposed to make of that?" Big K stood there with an utterly punchable expression, while Little K, standing beside him with the exact same face, nodded furiously.

"..." Fu Li touched his ear and hurried several yards ahead. In the end, he couldn't help smiling, then touched his ear again.

A 1v1, sweet romance. The male lead is a super awkward mercenary with a bizarre thought process; the female lead works in psychiatry and can be adorable at times.
