[Crossover] Cheerful Dog Roll and Gloomy Mushroom

Kusama Kumi has an incredibly vicious cursed technique. Anyone who dislikes her can be cursed, and the more they hate her, the stronger the curse.

Her technique also has a passive effect: anyone within ten meters of her who dislikes her will suffer misfortune. The more malicious they are toward her, the worse their luck gets. As a result, people who hate Kusama Kumi can't help but hate her even more.

But they don't know that her cursed technique, called "Karma Has No Master," may inflict a bad-luck debuff on everyone within ten meters who harbors ill will toward her, but it can also grant a luck buff to those who mean her well.

Kusama Kumi, crouched in a dark corner, muttering to herself: Whatever. Everyone can hate me. I don't care anyway. I'll just curse you, that's all.

Inumaki Toge (holding up a writing board): Go ahead and curse me ^^

Kusama Kumi: ...

I hate cheerful, overly friendly people like him, especially when they're so hard to curse. Damn it, why does he have to like me? What's there to like about a gloomy little mushroom? Every time we spar, I have to use twice as much cursed energy, or even more, to curse him!

Mushrooms physically grow on the girl Inumaki Toge likes. Those mushrooms, formed from cursed energy, make people unlucky when eaten and might even turn them into mushrooms. Thrown at someone, they become powerful bombs that are especially effective against cursed spirits.

But Inumaki Toge thinks a girl who grows mushrooms is so cute. And Kusama Kumi, who secretly curses him to have untied shoelaces, thinking he won't notice, just to test whether he still likes her, is impossibly adorable!

Kusama Kumi: I don't want you to like me. I don't go around cursing people for no reason.

Inumaki Toge: Salmon! (meaning agreement) Roe! (meaning he's happy)

Panda: He totally loves her!

Kusama Kumi: If he has bad luck, it's definitely because he hates me, so he deserves it.

Panda: She totally loves him!
