[Crossover] A Manga Artist's Observation Diary of Atobe

Suwa Yukie is the daughter of a senior priest at a Shinto shrine, but her dream is to become a manga artist. After her work gets rejected again and again, Yukie decides to find inspiration by secretly observing the school's most popular students. One glance is all it takes to spot the brightest star in the crowd, Atobe Keigo. She watches him toss his jacket, snap his fingers, and gently touch the beauty mark near his eye as he says, "Bask in the glory of my magnificent play!" The whole arena erupts in screams. Yukie silently curls her toes and digs out a castle: Help! Is this why my manga keeps getting rejected? Because my protagonist isn't dramatic enough? Excerpt from Atobe Observation Diary -- X year, X month, X day. Weather: sunny. I went to watch Atobe's tennis match. His opponent was Seigaku. That little guy in the cap is amazing. He looks like a protagonist already. I couldn't help going over to observe him. After the match, Atobe asked me with a dark look, "Does he look more like the protagonist than I do?" I solemnly told him, "No, you're the protagonist of my manga." Atobe's mood improved, but I didn't have the heart to tell him that changing the protagonist now would be too much trouble, so I'll just stick with him for the time being. Excerpt from Yukie's Love Quotes -- X year, X month, X day. Weather: gorgeous. Yukie confessed her love to me yet again. She looked completely sincere as she said, "You're the only protagonist in my world." You're the only heroine in mine, too. Couple: a naturally straightforward manga artist who never picks up on the mood x a glamorous young master with a romantic soul that does him absolutely no good Reading guide: 1. A silly, sweet slice-of-life romance with no love triangle. The heroine and hero are only interested in each other; everyone else is just a friend. 2. The logic is dead and the characters are out of character. Feel free to leave comments or flowers, and you're free to stay or go, but please don't make personal attacks. Let's keep things civil. 3.
