[Crossover] Like a Shadow

[I started this story too long ago and have forgotten the entire outline. Since contracted authors can't delete their stories, and I still want to write a story about playing a villain, please check out my upcoming story, Report on My Villain Boss Experience, in my author profile. It's also about a villain boss, so feel free to add it to your collection if you're interested!] No matter how powerful a boss is, he exists for only one purpose: to be killed. Zhao Muxiu's mission is to sit at the top of each world as its boss, then meet his fated death. However, as a BOSS who always gets taken down, he never got a hot-blooded, hard-to-kill male lead. Instead, he got some blackened, overpowered hero from a certain website. Zhao Muxiu evolved from a fake BOSS into the real deal, mercilessly using thousands of methods to torment the protagonist, only to discover that he kept getting taken down again and again by the same supporting character!!! That character followed him like a shadow. -- Why is the protagonist so clever? =_= -- All the supporting characters are hiding their true abilities. =_= -- This gaze seems strangely familiar. =_=
