A Molting Bird Comes to the City

Bai Yuan was a mountain spirit who had lived for over two thousand years. It was his first time in the city, but the world outside had changed. Demons and monsters were no longer in demand, and earning an honest living was the way to go, so he had no choice but to get a job.

Mu Ran found a bird. It went to work during the day, came back at night to freeload on food and drink, and shamelessly hogged the bed. That would have been bad enough, but it was shedding feathers everywhere!

On him, on the bed, in the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom... They were everywhere!

Grinding his teeth, Mu Ran could take no more. He sharpened his "knife" and turned it toward Bai Yuan.

Bai Yuan: "Big brother, don't kick me out TOT..."

Mu Ran sighed. "I like everything about you, from the tips of your hair to your toes. How could I bear to kick you out? But we can try a different kind of punishment."

Bai Yuan: "??? What?!"

It didn't take long for Bai Yuan to find out what kind of punishment Mu Ran had in mind.
