HP: Two Harry Potters, Please!

Updated again on 2017.11.03. Harry Potter had a little secret he himself didn't know about. Oh, no, he did know: at night, he knew it perfectly well. There were two personalities inside Harry. One was the bold, impulsive, brainless daytime Harry Potter the Adventurer; the other was the hard-done-by, oppressed nighttime Harry Potter the Laborer, who dutifully cleaned up whatever mess there was to deal with. Whenever the daytime primary personality caused trouble, the nighttime secondary personality cleaned up after him. Anything the primary personality didn't want to do became his job! But they were both Harry Potter, the Boy Who Lived, and together they made up the Harry Potter everyone knew. Then one day, the primary personality said, "I think I'm in love with Snape." The long-suffering secondary personality felt a chill run down his back: "!" The primary personality continued, "But this is too difficult. You go!" (He shoved the secondary personality forward.) The secondary personality: "What the f**k! Why do I have to go after that old bat?" (But he still shamelessly went after Snape.) The daytime primary personality actually knew nothing about any of this, including Snape getting together with him. One day, Snape caught daytime Harry on a blind date, and finally discovered the secret that had been hidden for so long. A lighthearted story. Note: Although there are two personalities, there is only one Harry. This is not real-world multiple personality disorder, so please don't read it that way. The times when daytime and nighttime Harry appear are not fixed. For reference only, not a hard rule: daytime Harry, 7:30-4:30; nighttime Harry, 4:30-7:30 the next day. They share the same sleeping hours. Theme: Persevere and strive for self-improvement
