[Mouse and Cat Derivative/Gu Zhuo] The Matchmaker's Mistake

Whenever the gods make a mistake, they say it was fate. But what happens when the gods cross someone they can't afford to offend? The Matchmaker calmly picked up the red thread. "Easy. Just find a scapegoat." The Marriage Broker put her hands on her hips and roared, "Have you ever considered not making mistakes in the first place?" All he wanted was a peaceful life, but he ended up parted from his wife in death and separated from his son forever. In the end, all that remained was half a lifetime of madness and resentment. He was a brilliant strategist who could win a thousand miles away, yet in the end, friendship was his undoing. When he met him, two people destined for tragedy... One was Gu Jianhun, the Fiery Cloud Evil God, who should never have existed in this world. The other was Zhuo Donglai, blessed with auspicious purple energy, who knew everything and could do anything. Their lives had been filled with too much suffering. This time, the two men whom the gods had used as substitutes took their happiness into their own hands. Zhuo Donglai: "Gu Jianhun, I'm so tired..." Gu Jianhun: "Donglai, I'll take you away. We'll travel the length and breadth of the land." The characters in this story are out of character. Canon purists, read at your own risk. Writing isn't easy.
