[Mouse and Cat / Bai Jian] A Match Made in Heaven

The Matchmaker is the chief deity who governs marriages and romantic ties in the immortal realm and the mortal world. It is said that he uses six kinds of dolls to tie red threads for people, each representing a different kind of mortal marriage. Clay dolls: The vast majority of people in the world are matched with these. They can only form a marriage lasting one lifetime. Wooden dolls: Reserved for one in a thousand, these bring the fortune of being either rich or noble. Such marriages are usually harmonious. Iron dolls: These bind ill-fated couples. Though one in ten thousand may be matched this way, the marriage usually ends with the family torn apart. Copper dolls: These bring couples together for three lifetimes. Whether the bond is good or ill, it cannot be broken. Silver dolls: These tie together people destined for greatness. Those who have cultivated five lifetimes of virtue may also use them. Most special of all are the golden dolls, used only once in centuries. It is said they are reserved for immortals who descend to the mortal world. If the golden doll gradually takes on the appearance of an immortal, the pair can become husband and wife for all eternity. Unfortunately, no one knows how to use these golden dolls. Couples in this story: Bai Yutang x Zhan Zhao, Taibai Jinxing x Yang Jian The characters are out of character, so canon purists beware. Writing is not easy. I welcome any kind and constructive comments or advice, but not malicious attacks. Though I may not be fragile, my heart is still a normal one, so please be gentle! Premise:
