Vampire Knight: The Lost Fang

"Let's go."

Junling's voice urged me from behind. I turned around and, horrified, hurried after Junling, who had already gone some distance ahead. He'd been beaten so badly that even his dead parents wouldn't have recognized him. I followed close behind, step by step.

If Junling left me behind now, I'd never find my way back. The truth is, I don't know the way at all. Woe is me!

But Junling didn't leave me behind. He walked silently ahead at a pace I could keep up with. He walked, and I followed. I saw his slender back and not-so-broad shoulders, his shirt and hair fluttering in the wind. The rosy sunset softened his silhouette, but shadows still hung over him. The sun would set in a minute or two.

[Reading Guide]

No transmigration Mary Sue, a little girls' love, a little warmth.

My friend says the heroine is a goofball; another pal describes my writing style as a recipe for disaster.

Well, the heroine really is a goofball who loves to make sarcastic comments. And since this is written in first person, she may come across as a bit of a chatterbox?

The author isn't great at finishing stories, but please don't beat me up.

Comments and favorites are what keep me going. Did you know the author's reliability is directly proportional to your encouragement?
