Werewolves, on the other hand, get only a few lines in the legends.

They are often described with derogatory terms like "brutish beasts."

Compared with the immortal, hard-bodied, cold-blooded creatures, werewolves grow old and die, and cannot control their tempers. They are closer to human beings in form.
