Elsa's side hustle is being a proud landlady. As a proud, refined single woman, she does her best to enjoy her little life. Until one day. In a moment of madness, she pushed a rental contract across the table to a prospective tenant named Barnes, who even haggled with her! The heroine has no superpowers and is more or less an ordinary citizen.
