In this world, a soul pen and a stroke of the finishing touch are put to birth paper, then cast into the Pool of Creation, and a life is born.
They are called Paperfolk.
This process is called papermaking.
Jian Mo despises this era.
Everyone believes that using a fine literary talent to write novels instead of making paper is a heinous crime.
“...If no one in this world is destined to stay for me, then at least the one I create will be different. Bound not by blood, but by a bond deeper and stronger than blood. Wherever and whenever, we will never part.
And so, I grant you eternal life.”
The Song of the Creator 4: The One Who Unties the Knot, The Song of the Creator 5: The Soul-Power Codex, and The Song of the Creator 6: The Law of Return are finally all out! As before, leave a long review on Douban to get a copy! Supplies are limited, and it's first come, first served. Check my Weibo for details. To everyone who still found this announcement, thank you again for all your support and company over the years!
The Song of the Creator 3: The Soul-Sealing Seal is finally here!!! It's available at Dangdang, Readker, and JD~~ This time, you really had to wait a long time, almost ten months, I think. Whenever someone asked me when Book 3 would be out, I felt like I was making another empty promise. Anyway, as before, if you'd like a copy signed to you, write a long review on Douban (500+ characters), follow the Douban account "Juankuang," and send me your mailing address in a private message. I'll mail it after my author copies arrive, of course. There are only 8 copies, so they're available until they're gone. MUA~ Thanks for your continued support (^_-)
The signed edition of The Song of the Creator 2: The Eye That Discerns Souls is now available for preorder at Readker's Tmall flagship store. The second volume differs from the original by about 50 percent. I think this version is more suspenseful, though I'm not sure how you'll feel about it. If you'd like a copy signed to you, follow the same steps as last time: write a long review on Douban (500+ characters), follow the Douban account "Juankuang," and send me your mailing address in a private message. There are only 8 copies, so they're available until they're gone. Thanks for your continued support
When the novel ended last year, I promised to give away 8 author copies. Now that you've received your books or are about to, I've decided on the conditions for the giveaway: write a long review of the first volume of The Song of the Creator (over 500 characters) and post it in the book's Douban reviews. After posting, follow the Douban account "Juankuang" and send me your mailing details in a private message. You can choose what you'd like me to write in the dedication! You could give the copy you bought first to a friend who shares your interests (*^▽^*)
The first print edition of The Paper-Making Chronicles is finally here, titled The Song of the Creator. The print edition includes new storylines, and the writing has also been tightened up. Thank you all for your support over the years. I was truly moved to see so many messages even after the story ended.
The signed edition is available at Readker's Tmall flagship store, first come, first served. You're welcome to buy a copy! Links to purchase this volume from Dangdang and JD are below the blurb.
Also, I'll be posting all news about upcoming books and what I'm up to as an author on Weibo, @Yijiejuankuang. Come by and say hi!

Type: Male protagonist, modern alternate setting.
Not romance, not female-dominant, not historical fantasy, and not even a tale of legends. This all began a long, long time ago, when one day Juankuang wondered: if I lived in an abnormal world, and I belonged to the abnormal part of that world, what kind of ability would I be most likely to have?
And so, the first idea for The Paper-Making Chronicles was born.
Premise:
Ah, I saw someone recommending an article on papermaking in Xiaohongshu today. I wanted to come back and review it, but it was locked. Cry.
I finished reading the published version of Papermaking Chronicles today.
The adaptation is very good.
First let's talk about the respective advantages of the two versions. The online version is smoother in the early stages, especially in the first part, and is easier to introduce. And it is very reasonable for the protagonist to use the background of time travel to see this paper-making world.
The published version has been fully revised, and some parts that were not smooth enough have been corrected, and the details have been improved. Especially in the development of the wars in the later parts, it can be said that all the sluggishness has been eliminated.
So friends who see this can read the book version without hesitation... There are really many surprises. For example, Feng Ling has changed very well.
It's more about the excellent handling of details - although the cruelty of war can be seen before, the published version is really well prepared... But the knife is indeed much more powerful.
Finished reading with satisfaction.
Anyway, looking forward to the next one!
Thank you to the author for opening up a new world!
Why are all chapters locked? Where can I watch the full version
Why are the ones at the back locked_(:з∠)_Ah, I forgot where I saw it before. The big buns made me a eunuch... Are the big buns okay now|?ω?`)
Hahahahahahahahahahaha
It feels extremely bad to find out that the text has been locked continuously after one swipe. Will I have to buy a physical book in the future?
Where is Wen? What's going on? ! I originally came back to review it happily, but ended up locking up a lot of it. In my heart, you are one of the original representatives of the Jinjiang pattern. Madam, what's wrong with you?
Big. . I like you so much. . . Please update please update
I suddenly thought, maybe Wan Qian really wants to stick to Jian Mo? ? ? But when Angry Jianmo wrote a brief summary, he wrote that they were together all the time, and then when he wrote about him, what he wrote was a free heart that likes to take risks everywhere. . . Then Wan Qian became arrogant? ? ? ? Hahaha…
