[Harry Potter] Do Not Disturb the Sleeping Dragon

With a year left until the final battle, Harry gets the Half-Blood Prince's potions book. Headmaster Dumbledore is constantly disappearing, and Malfoy seems even more suspicious than usual. To make matters worse, Harry's connection to Voldemort is growing stronger, and he can barely sleep. So one night, hoping to unwind and perhaps annoy Snape a little, he sneaks out to the dungeon where he killed the basilisk in his second year. But he discovers that the basilisk's corpse has vanished. Astonished, he begins exploring the Chamber of Secrets... When he unexpectedly opens a door, he finds not only a basilisk that is still alive, but also a living human being-- The story starts around the time of the sixth Harry Potter book... I've forgotten the plot completely and am going on memory alone, so please go easy on me if you spot any mistakes... The first half is about the Lion Founder raising his good karma, taking Little Tom to task, and showing off his love with the Snake Founder. The second half focuses on the question of who killed [I'm not spoiling it] a thousand years ago. I'm a huge Lion Founder fan!! He's my one true favorite for life!! I started this fic because I love him so much!!! So updates are uncertain, the setting has some potential pitfalls, and the plot... well, lol.
