[One Piece] Blue Bird

"I think I should just say it." "They were probably right, you know. I like you."

"Just like you always say, that thing about..." "This is my business."

"Miss, would you be interested in going on a date with me?"

CP: Kuzan (Aokiji) x Taylor Lowry (original female lead)

There is a beleaguered heroine, a beleaguered hero, the male lead pursues her, the Navy Headquarters gets cute, and a little OOC (probably?)

A love story

For Lowry, she'd planned out her whole life and found a path where she could burn bright without holding back for the sake of her dream. So when someone suddenly jumps out and tells her he likes her, isn't that just a disaster? And what's worse, it's the good brother she thought she could entrust her life to. Sorry, she'd practically forgotten she was a woman.

Lately... I've tentatively locked the little bonus chapters. I don't think a small-time nobody like me should have to, though. I've also changed a few keywords. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Although Kuzan has a pretty rough time pursuing Lowry, once he seriously sets his mind to it, he usually succeeds. And once they start dating, the two of them are unbearably sweet together. Well, that's assuming he confesses and seriously pursues her.

This is Lowry's story in a parallel world where Kuzan never confesses.

Everything before Lowry requests a transfer to the West Blue follows the same path. If you're interested, feel free to check it out. I might write a more detailed prequel later.
