The Zhu Family Winery

In a countryside of red walls and white tiles, two childhood friends who grew up together slowly develop feelings beyond friendship as they grow side by side, promising to stay together forever. As adults, one inherits the family liquor business passed down through generations, while the other becomes a capable, mature white-collar worker in the city. When traditional craftsmanship clashes irreconcilably with modern civilization, rifts form in both their positions and their relationship. What will become of their feelings? How can they uphold a legacy protected by generations of their families? Now that time has passed, can the bond they promised beneath the banyan tree endure? This is a quiet, gentle story, calm and far-reaching. I am simply the storyteller. If you are interested, dear readers, come with me as we slowly step into the emotional world of these two men. This story is a slow burn. The seme and uke are childhood friends who grew up together. It's a very gentle, cozy story about everyday life, with no dramatic twists, no physical or emotional abuse, no schemes, and no needless drama.
