You're a petty thief, I'm a gentleman thief. We're in different leagues.
The pot calling the kettle black. Aren't we both thieves?
It's about the skill involved. Get it?
One is an expert tomb robber.
The other is an ordinary little pickpocket.
Then, by chance...
1. Stay alive. 2. No more WoW.
Sorry to have kept everyone waiting so long. Real life has been so busy that I just don't have the energy for lofty literature anymore. I'm broke, and I have to work to support myself,
or I'll have to eat dirt.
I've been so broke lately that you could hear a pin drop, and life's been piling on the pressure. I just can't settle down and write. The truth is, writing really doesn't pay enough to keep me afloat,
so I have no choice but to get a regular job. It's awkward.
And I guess things here don't feel the same as they used to. So many of the excellent authors I used to love have stopped writing. I'm sure a lot of you are like me: at every stage of life, there are things you have to take care of. I know my writing has always been pretty niche, and my prose isn't great, but I've always hoped to tell you stories that are a little different. When I was young, I had plenty of time and never had to worry about food or clothes, so I could write in peace. Now I can only bury myself in the dust of society and struggle to make a living. I don't want to rush out a half-baked work just to fill in the holes, either.
If the day comes when I can settle down, I'll definitely come back and finish the story...
And lastly, stop saying I'm playing WoW instead of writing. I even sold my beloved character, Second Miss, whom I'd played since February 2013. I've been out of the game for ages... These days,
I can only admire pretty cosplay girls on Weibo. If you'd like, come find me there and chat, but don't ask when the next chapter is coming, because I won't see it.
That's all.
GL fans only. If that's not your thing, don't read!
This is the first part of The Curse. If you haven't read it, or want to refresh your memory, click here!
Write a novel, especially such a niche novel. It is really difficult to support yourself, and you have to spend a lot of energy on it. Alas, thank you for your article, madam. I hope you will still be a young man when you return.
Before I knew it, it was four years since the last chapter!
Dad, have you fallen in love?
I haven't visited Jinjiang for a long time, and I discovered that many of the authors I used to collect no longer write articles. As time goes by, Jinjiang's interface remains the same, and many good authors no longer write articles. Well.
When will I update the article? It's very interesting.
5 Years of pitfalls, eh eh eh eh
Want to know where the author is?
It's been 19 years, I'll come back and see it in 20 years
It will not be updated. No need to wait.
Where has the author gone????????????
