What is death?
A shuttle bus running
between the womb of a woman
and the womb of the earth.
What is happiness?
A tombstone,
a cemetery standing
at the borders of language.
What is despair?
Describing life
in the language of death.
What is a face?
The nearest harbor
where tears come ashore.
What is nakedness?
The beginning of the body.
What is a garden?
A woman poet,
writing poems in her sleep,
reciting them in silence.
What is a secret?
A tightly shut door,
that will shatter the moment it opens.
