[Harry Potter] Love Me One More Time

...This should count as a continuation of one of Fish's short stories, so maybe I should start by introducing the background? Once, it was just a very simple story about two people in love. In their fourth year, Cedric's death brought more than grief. It also led to an unexpected connection between Harry and Snape. Harry didn't know when it began. As he grew used to Snape's rough, unsympathetic comfort, another feeling slowly took root. Harry never denied how attractive the man was to him. He longed for everything about him. But war is always so cruel. Snape still died beneath Nagini's venom... After struggling for a year, the exhausted man calmly accepted the peace that death offered him. "Sev, I love you." "...I love you, too." Those obsidian eyes finally closed. In the arms of his green-eyed boy, he quietly fell asleep. In the end, their love could not withstand fate's cruelty. The Chosen One, who had been gone for a year, finally returned to Hogwarts, the place where the story began and ended. "A time-reversal spell..." Draco asked. "Are you sure you won't regret it?" "Fool." In the empty corridor, Nick sighed. "I want to see you one more time." "I want to love you one more time." "I want..." Before the Potions Professor's gravestone, Harry quietly closed his eyes, as if falling asleep. Perhaps even fairy tales can have sad endings? Please repeat after me: this is a happy ending, darling!
