● This is the coming-of-age story of a dark elf assassin whose fearsome reputation spread across the world. It's also the rise of a cabin boy who would become the sovereign of the seas. ● It's also the long, tragic, and steamy tale of an ice-cold assassin helping (not really) a red-haired boy grow into one of the Four Emperors, only to end up on the bottom... ● A dark elf in One Piece, paired with the redhead. A long, serious story with a slow build. This is a tale of striving on the seas, not a love story. "Want to try being friends with me?" "Dreams aren't so easily shattered!" "I can put up with other people cursing or insulting me. I don't really care what they think of me... But in this life, I won't let anyone insult my friends right in front of me!" Shanks ● The story begins 26 years before Luffy sets sail, during the era of the Pirate King.
