[The World of II] Rain on Qingming

An Yijian lived in the east of Xiaoyin Village.

An Yijian dressed in black, bearing Tianyi, lived in the east of Xiaoyin Village.

No one knew when he had arrived, just as no one knew why he had come.

People said that, as a disciple of the Yijian Tingyu Pavilion, he was every bit the Yijian: courageous as a sword, graceful as a zither, skilled at playing "Flowing Water on High Mountains". What a pity there was no one here who could appreciate it.

Yet year after year, the Great Wilderness fell step by step, and still the Yijian remained. He kindly refused everyone who urged him to leave, smiling gently, but never wavering.

Later, Xiaoyin Village was occupied by the Youdu army. Flames of war reddened half the sky, and no one knew where the Yijian had gone.

Later still, the Yijian Tingyu Pavilion and the Iceheart Hall joined forces to reclaim Xiaoyin Village. Gradually, people forgot that there had once been a Yijian in the village whose whereabouts remained unknown.
