I haven't played World of Warcraft for very long, so please ignore any errors in the worldbuilding or timeline.

At this point, the Primordial Bronze Gate has yet to open. Song Yufeng is just a junior disciple at the Tai Xu Temple, and young sect leader Song Yuhan has not even been born yet.
At this point, Zhuo Junwu and Zijing have yet to meet, Lu Nanting has only just entered the Rain Listening Pavilion of the Sword to study swordsmanship, and little Tian Cao hasn't even touched a sword.
This isn't the story of the NPCs we know. It's the story of a young Iceheart and a young Swordmaster, ending before the familiar world of Da Huang begins.
