The Making of a Wandering Hero

Nate was a killer in her previous life. She hadn't even turned twenty when she accidentally kicked the bucket. She thought death would be the end of everything, but who could have guessed she'd be reborn in this stinking natural dump, which had the rather literary name of Meteor City? And so began a new life filled with bloodshed and slaughter. But when Nate frowned down at what was supposedly food, snatched from some unlucky bastard, even her permanently expressionless face finally cracked. Food = a baby? What the hell kind of logic is that?! She picked the baby up with one hand and stared at it, turning it over and over. Eat it? She'd get indigestion. Dump it? Shit! Could you stop giving me that stupid smile? In my last life, I didn't even keep a cat or a dog. Now I have to raise a little dumpling who's only just been weaned! Nate gazed mournfully at the sky for a long while, then slung the dumpling over her shoulder with a flourish. Fine, I'll raise it first and eat it when it's grown! Warning! This is a dark story, not a cute queen story. If that's not your thing, don't read it! Your author put a lot of thought into this story. Even if it isn't to your taste, I don't want people saying it's worthless! Thanks for understanding! Er... my new story... please support it...
