Poor top x love-obsessed bottom
The top falls for the bottom at first sight, but because of a misunderstanding and the realization that they come from different worlds, he says something he doesn't mean: that his feelings can change and he no longer likes him. (He says he's lost interest, but still works hard to support his wife.)
Because of his family circumstances, the bottom is obsessive about love. He thinks that if the top loves him, he can only love him and isn't allowed to change his mind. (At first he awkwardly claims not to like him, but when trouble strikes his family, he still finds ways to cling to his husband.)
