Chen Haiyue was close to losing her mind over Su Qing. No matter what she said, Su Qing's attitude did not change in the slightest. She let Chen Haiyue go and walked into the house.
That night, cold rain fell in winter.
Chen Haiyue stood outside the house all night. At last, she gave up, bought a boat ticket, and returned to Ningbo.
Su Qing opened the door. Outside, the only thing left was the cold, desolate rain that had yet to stop. Her heart ached. Asked why, she said only, "Hate lasts longer than love. I hope you carry that hatred with you forever, and remember Su Qing."
