Life as the First Emperor's Little Sister

In the New Era of the future, Zhao Yuyao travels through a black hole in a time machine, crossing time and space.

She becomes the posthumous daughter of King Xiang of Qin, and the younger sister, by the same father and mother, of Ying Zheng, who has just inherited the throne at the age of thirteen.

Yuyao has read history, but she didn't major in it. She only knows that the First Emperor unified the six states, but not about the wretched life he led before taking power, which the Records of the Grand Historian mentions only in passing.

Cheng Jiao: "Hah. There's a widespread rumor that he was Lü Buwei's child, and another that he was Father's posthumous son. Who knows if he might be another..."

Zhao Ji: "Yuyao, when Prime Minister Lü arrives to see Zheng'er, remember to call him Uncle Zhongfu."

Queen Dowager Huayang: "Yuyao, good girl, come here and let your grandmother have a look at you."

Lord Jiao: "Yuyao, I'm your uncle."

After Lord Jiao and Zhao Ji get together, Zhao Ji becomes pregnant again, and the Qin royal clan gains a new candidate to support.

Ying Zheng: "Little sister, only you and I share the same blood. Even Mother may turn against us."

Yuyao: "Brother, I know. I had it tested! You and I are the closest in blood!"

Later, Yuyao grows up.

"Brother, wherever your sword points, I will lead the troops to attack!"

Reader's Guide:

1. The heroine really is the younger sister, and she will return home later, so there is no romance.

2. The heroine has a talent for scientific research, but it's mostly difficult to put to use during the Qin era, especially while she's still young.

3. This world is an alternate setting, pieced together from historical sources, some very wild unofficial histories, and analysis. No need to be too strict about historical accuracy.

Theme: Be the protagonist of your own life.
