[Sharp-Witted, Flirty Top-Tier Star VS Quirky Fanboy]
Ning Yu is a famous fanboy who follows Song You, a top-tier member of the hugely popular Korean group Spotlight.
With no parents to rely on, he finally makes it through college. On the eve of going to see his beloved idol at a fan meeting, the trending topics explode: Song You has been found dead at home, just 23 years old...
The only light in Ning Yu's bleak life has gone out. When he hears the news, he faints and is rushed to the ICU.
When he wakes up again, he has transmigrated into Ning Xiaoyu, one of Song You's personal assistants. Right in front of him is his idol's devastatingly handsome face. He immediately rolls his bias's eyes at him, then faints again.
Song You furrows his brow slightly, his breath brushing against Ning Xiaoyu.
"Are you all right?"
Aaaaaah...
Ning Xiaoyu's breath catches.
His idol is whole and unharmed! Song You is alive and well!
So handsome, so handsome, so handsome, so handsome!!!
Then comes an even bigger surprise.
He has been bound to a card-based System for saving his idol. The System's mechanical voice crackles with electricity.
[Hello, Host. Congratulations on binding the Top-Tier Star Rescue System!]
[You have seven cards. Each card can answer one of your questions, but they can only be used under specific conditions. Every time you use one, Song You's heartthrob aura will be weakened by 10%... The price of saving him is diminishing the aura he once possessed.]
Wait, his aura will be weakened... Won't Song You be upset?
No, forget it. I'll take matters into my own hands for once.
Ning Xiaoyu snorts, unimpressed.
Is there anything more important than life?! I like you for who you are! I'm a true fan, a fan who cares about your life. I don't care if you're top-tier, a has-been, or even leave the group. Being alive matters more than anything else...!!!
I'm going to save you, no matter what!!
He presses the confirmation button.
[Congratulations, Host. You have successfully bound the System!]
After his idol's worried voice delivers its third sweet blow, Ning Xiaoyu finally springs upright.
His mind is racing, but he feels no fear at all about having transmigrated. Once he sorts things out, he has only one thought: bring his idol back to life...
From then on, he becomes Song You's constant shadow. He investigates clues, sneaks in a little extra care for his bias under the guise of fan behavior, keeps producing stunning photos of his idol for his own enjoyment, and looks into the people who accompany him when he goes out.
He is alone on this road, but the hidden truth slowly comes together...
One day, after begging and pleading to get his hands on a new work assignment, he rushes over to see Song You, whose popularity has already taken quite a hit, feeling just a little guilty.
In the hotel, his idol sits in his room, holding several photos between his slender fingers, his expression calm.
He looks at Ning Xiaoyu, standing at the doorway with shock written all over his face, and suddenly smiles.
Song You gives the photos in his hand a little shake and raises an eyebrow.
"Want me to give you a few more?"
