The Shared Intern at the Monster Hospital

[Welcome to Xisolos Hospital.]

[Your identity: an intern at Xisolos Hospital.]

On the twentieth day after the world was plunged into an endless night, medical student Lin Ting wakes up in a run-down hospital.

Harsh fluorescent lights shine on yellowing walls. Before her stands a refined-looking man, but beneath his empty trouser legs is a pair of horse hooves.

"You're new here. For this month, just follow this teacher."

Xisolos Hospital is a hospital for monsters on an isolated island, where it is the island's only building.

Although she's assigned to just one supervising doctor and receives no pay, every monster doctor can order her around.

[Intern with a bleak future, the gods have taken pity on your tragic circumstances. Congratulations, you've awakened a talent: Honest Person.]

[Honest Person: You are an honest person without color or scent. When you encounter a designated monster, its trust in you increases by 1, and you randomly obtain one of its possessions.]

As an honest medical student, all she can manage is a little petty theft.

"A sturdy leg bone. Congratulations, you've obtained a basic building material for your cabin."

Lin Ting has no idea when this will all end. All she can do is take things one step at a time, turning the desolate island of monsters into a home where she can live.
