“Because when humans keep pets, they only want to tease and stroke them. They don’t feel anything else. But It... was intimate with me as lovers are. We’ve done everything together.”

After many rounds of counseling, the Bureau still couldn’t change Liu Ting’s mind. A series of medical examinations also revealed nothing unusual.
