I haven't quite figured this out yet.
It's about a card-draw enthusiast who, after a car accident, transmigrates into an ABO world. Since he has no gland and no pheromones, everyone takes him for a beta. But he unexpectedly gains a card-drawing System that lets him earn draws through physical contact with his affectionate puppy-like childhood friend.
Once he collects all the SSR cards, he'll be able to leave this ABO world and return to real life.
And so our darling protagonist sets off down the one-way road of cuddling up to his affectionate puppy.
Theme: Life is a long road, and having someone by your side makes it the best road of all.
