[One Piece] Call Me the Town Mayor!

After your friends kept recommending it, you finally gave up on PVP games and opened the newly released 1.0 version of GoGoSea!

Apparently, it's a farming and management sim. In other words, you're sent to the frontier as a town mayor, where you build things and develop the settlement.

Looking at the colorful, cheerful game cover, you compare it to your game saves, all of which seem to radiate a dark aura... Fine, maybe it's time for a change of pace and a little soul-cleansing.

Since you'd already come this far, you decisively take the plunge. You have to admit, the blue sea and sky inside the game really do lift your spirits. But can someone tell you why the tutorial NPC, who was supposed to be a guy in dark sunglasses, has turned into an old man with a cane?

Maybe the game got updated? With that thought, you keep playing.

Why has the train station your friend mentioned turned into a harbor?

Are they serious about replacing the truck with a tricycle?

What does it mean that you can't buy automation with tech points, but you can unlock military industry?

You stand in the bustling harbor, your mind completely blank.

Almost every settler icon says "slave." Tourists passing by marvel at the asphalt road as cutting-edge Grand Line technology. The merchants who move in call you Queen and want to sell you a useless tapestry for 40 gold coins-

"What? You're looking for our mayor? You won't find her at home, either. You'd better try the waste-processing plant."

"I won't stand for anyone calling our mayor a miser! Her house is practically unfinished. There's nothing but a sleeping bag, not even a window. How could she possibly be pocketing our money?!"

"Our mayor spends two months at a time in the mines!"

"Our Lady Mayor is the best mayor! Before dawn every day, she goes to the forest to carry planks, and after dark she goes to collect the crab pots!"

"I've never seen our mayor sleep!"

The residents chatter over one another as they surround the pirates who skipped out on their meal, just to help you make back some of your losses. They aren't afraid even when people come looking for revenge. One slap from you is enough to send even the Pirate King obediently off to the City Appearance and Maintenance Bureau to sweep rubbish off the streets.

Gold: 9999+

Tech points: 9999+

You stand on the tallest mountain on the island, looking down at your handiwork with pride while also trying to spot which bastard has stopped throwing rubbish in the trash can again.

"Your Majesty! Another sea... tourist group has arrived at the harbor!"

"How many times have I told you to call me Mayor?!"

A strange little creation born from my recent obsession with playing GoGoTown. How far I can write depends on how far I get in the game.

I've made major changes to the game's setting, so just enjoy it for what it is.
