After Cosplaying Paul Verlaine, I Transmigrated into the Original Story

Halo, my name is Theo. I'm thirteen, French by blood, and currently attending junior high in Tokyo.

If I had to sum up my life in one sentence, I'd say: I'm an abandoned child, left in Japan by my biological parents and never visited by my guardian, who's survived until now thanks to the charity disguised as friendship from my classmates.

To be specific, Teacher Shinichi uses my name to swindle people everywhere, Ran makes sure I get dinner, and Sonoko regrets that she can't adopt me!

Then there's my classmate, a die-hard Chuuya fan. She says she'll take care of my after-school cleaning duties for the entire semester. There's just one condition! I have to cosplay Verlaine at the anime convention.

"With your face, not cosplaying his big brother would be a waste! Theo-chan~"

"...You know how miserable Verlaine is in the original story, right?"

"So?"

"So you have to pay me extra!"

"...Two semesters?!"

"Deal."

So, at thirteen, I showed up at the convention entrance in a costume and heavy makeup. The next second, the convention disappeared.

The person standing in front of me looked down. His brown eyes curved into crescents, and he let out an intrigued "Oh?"

Ahhh! Dazai Osamu

As a bunch of people carrying ■ dragged me into the Port Mafia building, I could think of only one thing

Classmate, two semesters isn't enough! Pay me more!!

☆

1. (Sorry for any OOC.)

2. Side pairing: Ran x Verlaine

3. Mainly focused on family bonds!

4. Théo (Chinese translation: Xi'ao; meaning: gift from God)

Theme: Love is the most unreasonable force in the world. It will pick you up from the ruins and give you a home.
