Base 36 is a facility dedicated to cultivating mutated humanoid monsters. It is full of creatures raised on all kinds of drugs, bred for brutal killing.
But all these mutated humanoid monsters have one thing in common: as they reach adulthood, they become desperately in need of comfort and guidance.
And so Lin Yuan came here.
Gong's perspective:
The first time I saw Lin Yuan, he was sitting beneath a snow-covered corridor, lost in thought. Snowflakes drifted onto his face with the wind. He seemed a little cold, his cheeks flushed a vivid peach-blossom red, and above that flush was a small, striking beauty mark beneath his eye.
It was an extraordinarily beautiful face. Against the deep snow behind him, he looked like a winter spirit who had wandered into the mortal world. His snow-white skin was hidden beneath his clothes, and he came barefoot into my life.
"Who are you?" Lin Yuan asked me.
His voice was just as lovely, ethereal and cool. I was standing too close to him. I should have stepped back, but my feet felt rooted to the ground. I couldn't move.
"The people over there told me to come," I added. "They said I could do anything to you."
The setting sun burned the snow-covered sky into a garish orange-red sheet. The winter spirit fell into depravity and undressed, revealing a body covered in red and purple bruises.
Still like peach blossoms, blooming across snow-white skin.
A low moan seemed to mingle with a song. I thought to myself:
Tempt me, fallen spirit.
Let me willingly kneel at your feet, dying bird.
I love you, my dirty, adorable little peach blossom.
Reader's Guide:
0. The shou will be given □□-type drugs, and there may sometimes be scenes where people mistake one person for another, creating a chaotic rivalry.
1. The gong is pure, and so are the passerby gongs. The shou is not pure, not at all, very, very, very much not pure.
2. There is only one true gong. The others are side characters with one-sided crushes that are intense and unwavering.
3. The blurb is from the gong's perspective, while the main text is from the shou's perspective.
4. A work of dark, niche taste. Please don't read if it's not for you!!!
