At a comic convention, Lin Yu'an cosplayed as Lily, a female operative from the hit game Operation Dawn. Two girls kept following her around, but they didn't ask for a photo together or take any pictures.
Just as she was starting to wonder why, Shen Yiran appeared in a Catherine cosplay.
Catherine was Lin Yu'an's favorite operative, a beautiful, strong, tragic older woman. Unfortunately, her style was too different from Lin Yu'an's own, so she couldn't pull it off.
But the woman before her, from her height and aura to her makeup and expression, looked as if Catherine herself had stepped right out of the game.
The two of them were surrounded by fans of their pairing. "Could we get a photo of you two together? I... I'm a huge fan of your ship!"
Lin Yu'an finally understood!
So the two girls had been acting all shy because they were here to ship them.
"Aaaaah, they're so good together! My ship is real!"

The fans paid Lin Yu'an and Shen Yiran a fortune to take cosplay photos together.
"Could you two get a little closer? Foreheads together!"
"Isn't that a little too close?"

Shen Yiran's other hand rested at Lin Yu'an's waist, drawing her into an embrace.
Lin Yu'an's heart raced. She didn't know where to look.
"Why won't you look me in the eye?"
