You Liyue is a second-generation transmigrator. To put it simply, her mom was the heroine of a novel. Unable to stand the male lead's sheer stupidity and unable to escape the plot's control, her mom mastered every aspect of immortal cultivation, used a clever ruse to slip away, and ended up in the modern world where her dad lived.
You Liyue herself died in the line of duty during a mission. Thanks to the life-saving treasure her mom had left behind, she transmigrated to another world.
At first, she thought she was an undocumented person in this new world. Then she searched her backpack and found a police ID with her name on it: [You Liyue, 22, affiliated with the Public Security Bureau of the Metropolitan Police Department...]
Mom sure is something. She even arranged an identity for her!
While fishing for information at a bar, You Liyue and a certain Public Security agent accidentally got drugged at the same time. With no way to develop an antidote in the short term, she had a brief fling with the ridiculously handsome guy.
Afterward, since she could go home, she hurriedly left a bouquet of flowers as payment and irresponsibly slipped away.
Five years later, You Liyue once again kicked the bucket after getting too carried away in this world. The world's consciousness threw her out, and before leaving, she took her little one with her.

A certain blond employee at the Poirot Cafe was under siege.
"Brother Amuro, is Arisu really not your baby?" asked Ayumi sweetly.
"And you look alike, too. Blond hair, golden eyes, dark skin. It's obvious she's your biological child," Genta declared confidently.
"It must be hard to get that kind of mixed heritage, Brother Amuro. Arisu clearly inherited your genes," Mitsuhiko said, making his case with science.
"So, is Arisu the child of Brother Amuro and Sister Tsuki?" Edogawa Conan got straight to the point.
Amuro Tooru himself: ...
The little girl tilted her head up at him with a beaming smile. Apart from her eye color, she looked exactly like him, and she flashed him a huge grin.
Amuro Tooru couldn't help looking over at You Liyue.
You Liyue sipped her lemon tea. "Hey, long time no see."
