A Thousand-Year Romance in the Demon Realm: The Girl Who Fell into the Fox Spirit's Arms

When 19-year-old Hoshino Sakura woke up, she found herself in a strange and dangerous place.

She was wearing a revealing purple outfit worn by Western Regions dancers, surrounded by hideous demons. The women bound beside her wore expressions of despair. Only then did Hoshino Sakura understand: she wasn't dreaming. She had transmigrated to the demon world a thousand years in the past, and fallen into the hands of demon traffickers.

To survive and find a way back to her own world, Hoshino Sakura had no choice but to suppress her shame and fear, pretend to be weak and coquettish, and trick the demon guards. She took the chance to knock one unconscious, then fled deep into the demon world's forest wearing its outer robe.

But she didn't know that the real danger was only just beginning.

This was the demon world, where the strong preyed on the weak.

It was also the era before Kurama became "Minamino Shuichi," when the fox demon was still a cold-blooded, ruthless thief chief feared by countless demons.

The girl perched high in the branches had long, golden waves of hair cascading down like a waterfall, and sea-blue eyes that looked like a shattered lake beneath the moonlight. Though she was in a pitiful state, she was as beautiful as a god who had strayed into hell.

The moment he first saw her, the fox demon Kurama became interested.

That interest soon turned into an obsession even he hadn't anticipated.

But Hoshino Sakura didn't like him.

She was wary of him, hated him, resisted being controlled, and wanted nothing to do with staying in this terrifying world. All she wanted was to go home.

One wanted to escape, while the other refused to let go.

One wanted to survive in the demon world, while the other had caught the eye of its most dangerous fox demon.

In this demon world a thousand years ago, beneath a blood-red moon, they faced desire, plunder, probing, exploitation, growth, betrayal, and redemption, as well as a long journey home whose end was almost impossible to see.
