[Tales of Saiunkoku] Purple Cherry Blossoms Through the Years

In the Cloud Kingdom, beneath a sky full of spring cherry blossoms,

The Second Prince, the aloof and calculating Zi Qingyuan, had never felt a stir of romance.

His pale purple hair fell like moonlight, and his green eyes were as cold as frost.

He was indifferent to the world and disdained power.

Until that day...

In a bustling street market,

a girl with golden hair falling to her knees laughed as she argued with her maid about the price of ingredients.

Sunlight glimmered in her sea-blue eyes, clear as a lake.

For the first time, his heart was caught completely off guard.

She didn't know who he was.

She bumped into his arms, then looked up and smiled as she apologized.

From then on,

a "fated encounter" personally orchestrated by the prince

slowly unfolded in the Cloud Kingdom.

This is a story with

no schemes, no betrayal, and no storms of courtly power struggles.

Only a prince's sly tenderness,

and the sweet devotion he gives his one and only principal consort.

When he kisses her by force, it's possession.

When he teases her, it's favoritism.

Arranging their marriage is the one obsession of his life.

And she will one day become the Cloud Kingdom's one and only "Violet Cherry Blossom Principal Consort."
