After Becoming a Solo Fan of Aido Hanabusa at Cross Academy

I'm an ordinary student in the Day Class at Cross Academy.

My usual hobby is waiting outside the Night Class dorm in the evening to cheer on my favorite idol, upperclassman Aidou Hanabusa!

He has a handsome, fair face, a lively and friendly personality, golden hair and blue eyes, and looks like a model!

"He's a work of art! The world would absolutely explode the next second if it didn't have you."

I never hold back when giving Aidou Hanabusa emotional support. Sometimes I even show him my fan merchandise. He's always so nice about it, smiling as he pats my head and tells me to keep up the good work and shower him with even more surprises.

That's easy enough, because he's not the only one I say this kind of thing to. At Cross Academy, Aidou Hanabusa is my one and only favorite, but I also stan Sakaguchi Sakura from F/ACE, actor Tsuruga Ren, and Narumiya Mei, Tokyo's number-one pitcher.

I often repost Sakaguchi Sakura's updates on my social media, then scream and gush over them, saying they're masterpieces of humanity!

But I've never posted anything about Aidou Hanabusa on my account. It's not that I don't want to. Cross Academy's rules forbid Day Class students from taking pictures of Night Class students, and revealing information about Night Class members on social media is basically asking to be expelled.

I don't really mind. Other than not being able to support him online, I've done everything I can to cheer him on in person. I even made him a cake.

Recently, though, I've noticed that the usually approachable Aidou-senpai has become moody. He not only rejects my support, but snaps at me and says I'm lying.

"When have I ever lied? Haven't I always supported you?"

"Do you support only me?"

"Of course. You're the only person I support at Cross Academy. I've never switched favorites."

"What about outside the academy?"

I immediately broke into a cold sweat.

Who? Who snitched on me for switching favorites outside the academy?
