To put it simply, I transmigrated into the body of a crippled young master who had been cast aside by a powerful family.
I wasn't even qualified to take part in the family power struggle before they sent me abroad and confined me to an estate.
The original novel briefly mentioned my fate: on my twentieth birthday, an assassin hired by my family's enemies would kill me.
I lived comfortably, eating well and staying at home, until I was nineteen.
One day, the butler told me that my biological older brother had won the struggle for power. Everyone knew he treasured me, his crippled younger brother, so he feared someone might come after me and sent a bodyguard to protect me around the clock.
For ten years, not a single stranger had appeared by my side.
I guessed that the person they'd sent was the assassin from the novel.
I had to find a way to drive him off.
Sitting in my wheelchair, I looked coldly at the bodyguard's long legs (why be so tall?) and put on an irritated young master's airs. "In this house, anyone who speaks to me has to do it on their knees!"
The man took half a step back and knelt on one knee in front of me. I fell straight into his deep, captivating eyes.
He smiled. "As you wish, young master."
Damn it!
No wonder he succeeded in the assassination!
He was using the handsome-man scheme!
The butler asked if I wanted to replace the new bodyguard.
I thought about it.
What if they sent someone even more ruthless?
"No." I said. "To die beneath peonies is still to die in a romantic way."
A servant spoke up for the new bodyguard. "The young master gets more and more temperamental. He wants someone to carry him everywhere. His feet never touch the ground. He's so spoiled."
The new bodyguard clenched his palm and looked toward the figure in the wheelchair, the corner of his mouth lifting slightly.
He said, "It's my honor."

A little rambling:
I came up with this and thought it was incredibly fun to ship, so I'm putting up the upcoming novel first.
Theme: Let's make the world full of love.
