[Wuxia Crossover] A Man

*She is a gentle plague, causing those who love her to “die of illness” in every world.*

A Man doesn’t know who she is.

She only remembers a red mark on her wrist, like the trace of a slit wrist; long hair that falls to her knees, heavy as night; and an endless weariness.

When she appeared in the rain at the Pegasus Ranch, Kou Zhong and Xu Ziling were brimming with ambition.

She sank their military map, nestled against them for warmth, then walked into the floodwater on a stormy night and “fell asleep.”

She didn’t know that the two young men, holding her cold body, would let their great ambitions shatter and their hearts lose their way forever.

This was only the beginning.

She thought she was traveling between worlds. In truth, every time, she really “died.”

Her “weakness” was the sharpest blade, and her “ignorance” the deepest curse. She never fought for anything or schemed. She simply existed, then, like mist, eroded the edge of heroes, rusted the plans of wise men, and made every “certainty” totter.

And A Man was simply “sleepy” again.

When she woke in the next world, her gaze was still hazy, her long hair trailing behind her, the red mark on her wrist as fresh as ever. She remembered no one.
