P.S. The male lead is brutally abused, then dies and is reborn to seek revenge. Though his body is unharmed after his rebirth, his mind is already broken. Readers who want a pure and unblemished romance, please don't read.

The female lead is a genuine thrill-seeker: vicious and selfish, and hungry for power. Don't expect her to lend him a hand; it's enough that she doesn't get him killed after sabotaging him time and time again. He has to save himself. (In redemption stories, waiting to be saved is common, but people should learn to save themselves, too.)

The gentle, patient male lead undergoes a drastic personality change later on. He forces the female lead to kneel and marry him, and becomes domineering and suspicious. If that's a dealbreaker, don't read.
