The Years I Spent as a Homeroom Teacher for Infinite-Flow Bosses

A homeroom teacher is a student's parent, a lackey to the bosses, and a parent's doormat.

Being a homeroom teacher to an infinite number of bosses means being their parent, a lackey to the bosses, and their doormat.

A bunch of amphibious, arthropod, aquatic, terrestrial, and mammalian monsters: "Boss, boss, can you tell us again how you picked us out of all those bosses?"

Ani: "...That day, our principal said I'd seen the true nature of the world. Then he asked if I wanted a job with an annual salary this high, an eight-hour day and five-day week, time for lunch and naps, sick leave when I was ill, workplace injury coverage if I got hurt, overtime pay on weekends, no before- or after-school care, no morning or afternoon exercise sessions to supervise, no dressing up as a traffic cop, and no late wages. In short, a job where I could be treated like a person, and where I wouldn't have to teach twenty-five classes a week."

They took a deep breath...

The little monsters cheered, because the teacher was about to say those words!

"The principal asked Little A, 'Do you want this class?'"

"So I took it."

"Yeeaaah!"

What Do You Mean, the Boss Pauses the Dungeon Mid-Run to Say It's Time for a Home Visit, So Everyone Should Go Outside and Play

Wait, You Mean That Guy Who Keeps Showing Up at the End of the Dungeons and Looks Just Like the Mastermind Is a Teacher Who Educates Monsters???

Warnings:

1. Sorry, I made the blurb up. The main story is all made up too. Please don't take it seriously or imitate it.

2. Continuing from the previous point, none of the characters are based on real people. I wrote this to have fun, not to kill anyone off, including myself. Please don't mention any real people or works in the comments. If anyone feels offended, I'll get down on my knees and apologize.

3. Continuing from the previous two points, the protagonist isn't the author's OC or self-insert either. There will be first-person narration, but that doesn't mean the narrator is a self-insert. Some genuine feelings will come through, of course. That's what first-person narration is for, haha.

4. I sincerely want to write a funny, goofy story, but I can't help myself. It's an old bad habit, so things might get a little dark. If anything makes you uncomfortable, dear readers, please step away and take a break. Love you all!
