Yun Miao is a rare S-rank Sentinel. On a mission, he was rescuing a hostage when an explosion went off before he could get clear, injuring his head.

When he regained consciousness, the first thing he remembered was that he was pregnant.

Sentinels need a Guide's constant soothing throughout pregnancy, or the baby could easily be in danger. Worried sick about the baby, Yun Miao packed his things, took all his belongings, and set off to find the father of his child.

When he finally managed to find him, the father reacted with utter shock.

Yun Miao was heartbroken. Did he not want him and the baby?

Shou's perspective:

His childhood friend, whom he hadn't seen in ages, suddenly showed up at his door one day, claiming to be pregnant and saying Yin Chijin was the father. He had to take responsibility for both of them, one big and one small.

Yin Chijin: ...

Completely stunned.

Yin Chijin clearly remembered that the last time he had seen Yun Miao was two years ago.

He tried to say something, but before he could get a word out, his father appeared out of nowhere and dragged him away. His father told him a lot, which boiled down to this: his childhood friend had been mentally confused by the explosion, imagining that he was pregnant and that Yin Chijin was the father of the child in his delusion.

He couldn't just stand by and do nothing when his childhood friend was in this state.

In the blink of an eye, Yin Chijin went from being Yun Miao's childhood friend to being the baby's father.

Gong's perspective:

Yun Miao always felt like his husband had been acting strangely lately, constantly saying things he couldn't understand.

He couldn't figure it out, and lately his chest had been feeling uncomfortable. Was this the breast engorgement he'd read about in pregnancy guides?

So, as usual, he turned to his Guide for help. At times like this, Yin Chijin was always perfectly normal, and more enthusiastic than anyone.

Watching his Guide work hard with his face buried against Yun Miao's chest, Yun Miao shivered. His soft, fluffy ears and tail appeared uncontrollably as his Guide took over and controlled all his senses. The Guide soon had a free hand to squeeze and knead them to his heart's content.

Yun Miao panted softly, thinking in a daze:

Maybe he was just overthinking it.

Everything seemed fine.

3. The gong gives birth. The pregnancy in the early chapters is all in the catlike gong's imagination after an explosion injured his head. It's not real. Later, they truly conceive through a fusion of mental powers. The gong is exclusively the one who gets pregnant, with no role reversal. That's just my personal setting: fusing mental powers can result in pregnancy. The baby is carried in a mental space and, once it reaches a certain size, is delivered using medical equipment.

4. My personal setting is that after becoming pregnant, the only physical change is breast engorgement.

It was a perfectly ordinary day. Chu Shiyou's stomach was growling as he waited in line for lunch. Then, in the blink of an eye, everything around him changed. The concrete-and-steel interior was replaced by a dilapidated, strange little mountain village.

Clutching his aching stomach, he huddled at the back of the crowd. From the people around him, he learned that this was a dangerous instance world where you could die in the blink of an eye.

Chu Shiyou wasn't afraid of dying. He just wanted something to eat.

A glowing orb claiming to be the System appeared right then. It tempted him with delicious food and tricked him into drawing a card.

Chu Shiyou had terrible luck. The card he drew had no combat ability at all. It could only give him caramel-colored puppy ears and a tail.

Chu Shiyou loved the card, but the people around him started looking at him strangely and keeping their distance.

After using the card, Chu Shiyou was ready to ask the System to make good on its promise, but someone slipped a piece of paper into his hand.

It said he had to spend the next three months playing the role he'd been assigned: a child from a farming family at the village's edge.

Once the three months were up, the mission would automatically count as a success, and the System would send them out of there.

Chu Shiyou immediately latched onto the key point, his eyes fixed on the words
