A Daily Life of Fleeing Famine and Farming in Ancient Times

[A cozy farming, child-rearing, and food story. Coming up next~]

Li Min, a female university student, is transported to ancient times and becomes a refugee fleeing famine.

After receiving help from someone on the road, she is left to inherit their two pale, scrawny little children when they pass away.

They go hungry and endure countless hardships along the way, but thankfully, they survive.

They settle in a place in Guanzhong called Dali Village, where the three of them are allotted a plot of land.

In spring, when all things come back to life, Li Min divides the land into three sections: one for wheat, one for millet, and one for melons, fruit, and vegetables.

As they gradually have enough to eat and wear, she buys eggs and hatches chicks.

Later, the family raises chickens, ducks, and cattle, and builds a fishpond. The children go to a private school, while she sells food in the county town and plans to rent a shop one day to sell baked goods.

Then she comes across an injured man.

He is gentle-tempered, strong enough to work, and handsome, too. Li Min is looking to save money on hiring a laborer, so she takes him in.
