"Gentle, disabled hero vs. outwardly soft but inwardly resilient heroine"
In the sweltering heat of summer, he watches a girl.
Faced with the funeral prepayment contract he made while alive, Chen Shu decides he will die next summer.
This summer, he has something to look forward to.
Sun Jinyu is short on money, desperately short. She wracks her brain trying to find ways to make some.
At a coworker's suggestion, she agrees to go on a blind date.
"Hello, I'm your blind date."
To her surprise, the man who shows up can barely get his words out, and blushes with embarrassment.
His eyes are dark and bright, yet frighteningly empty. Like the endless rain of summer, it wraps around him, clinging to him as he rots and molds.
Sun Jinyu: "Sorry, I think you've got the wrong person." She turns to leave.
"Don't go!" The young man huddles in the shadows. He doesn't dare reach out to stop her, only lets his hand hover in midair. "Don't go. I have lots of money, lots..."
Sun Jinyu turns the doorknob. "I'm leaving. Take good care of yourself."
He curls up on the sofa and cries until his face is red.
Sun Jinyu loses it, and in the end takes him along to set up a street stall.
Chen Shu hates rainy days. Whenever it rains, his amputated limbs ache.
Under the streetlight, Sun Jinyu takes his hand. "You know I have a wish."
Chen Shu looks back at her.
"I want to hold your hand and take a walk with you on a rainy day. What about you? What's my wish?"
Chen Shu smiles gently. "I hope it rains."
Years later, Chen Shu shines once again on the competition stage.
When a magazine publisher invites him to contribute, he writes at the very end of his article: You never know when life will bring you a surprise. It might happen in the very next moment.
Reading Guide:
1. The hero's legs will not recover.
2. One-on-one romance, both leads are each other's only partners, happy ending.
"When fear and courage appear together, we call it resilience."
Theme: We're all doing just fine
So pretty! (Screaming) I accidentally searched for the article. After reading the copy, it turned out to be my favorite setting. The writing is really good! The female protagonist is bright, optimistic and tenacious, and the male protagonist is such a well-behaved and gentle big dog! When I watch it, I really feel immersed in their situation and feel happy for them! Tied in one go! I hope the author will make more updates and it must be completed. I really want to see the male and female protagonists and everyone live a happy life!
The transition is abrupt. The first paragraph is clearly written in place A, and the next paragraph is immediately in place B. It's confusing.
Spread flowers, wait for the author's next book 🎆🎆🎆[Purple Sugar]kswl
Finished spreading flowers 💪 💪 💪, please make a sequel
At the end of "Spreading Flowers" 🎆, will the author make a sequel to this book?
"I found the one who saved me two years ago..." This is a big bug for the author~
Why did I buy it twice? It was a waste of my gold coins.
😭 😭 Great! Express your feelings!
When will the hero confess? 🥺
Does the male protagonist have a single calf cutoff or a double calf cutoff?
