At long last, in the year she was about to turn thirty, the older sentinel Jiang Niannian was told by her direct superior to go on a blind date.

Her superior really went all out, finding her one outstanding candidate after another. The trouble was that Jiang Niannian was a social phobe who couldn't get a word out around strangers.

Unsurprisingly, every blind date ended in failure.

Blind date No. 1 was a politician who wanted a partner to support her political career. She liked Jiang Niannian's face, but good looks couldn't put food on the table.

Blind date No. 2 was a short-tempered woman who wanted a fellow powerful sentinel as both partner and comrade-in-arms. She scowled the whole time at Jiang Niannian, who was too timid to speak loudly.

Blind date No. 3 was a military doctor who was very interested in Jiang Niannian's mental-domain disorder. Her gaze made Jiang Niannian's skin crawl, as though she were looking at a lab mouse.

Blind date No. 4... Blind date No. 4 was a student who hadn't even graduated from the White Tower.

Jiang Niannian thought her superior had gone completely crazy over her love life.

When she discovered that blind date No. 4 wasn't just a student, but a girl she'd once looked after, who had called her Mom, Jiang Niannian fled in terror before the girl could say a word.

The Alliance has an invincible legend, the strongest sentinel of all.

She wears iron armor over her face, and no one knows what she looks like beneath the black iron mask. She completes one impossible mission after another all by herself, as cold and deadly as her king cobra spirit form.

She never reveals her real name. Everyone knows her only by her codename, "White," and calls her the White Sentinel.

No one would ever connect that aloof, cold, strongest sentinel with the timid, weak Jiang Niannian.

Only Jiang Niannian knows she has nothing to do with words like "cold" and "proud."

She's just a social phobe who can't interact with people once she takes off her mask.

The main character really is powerful, and she really is a social phobe.

The top is stronger in combat than the bottom, but in terms of personality, this is still my favorite: the strong bottom and weak top.

Niangao is the name of her spirit form. I haven't decided who the love interest is yet, and I'm considering more than just those four blind dates.
