Older top x younger bottom

i-person x e-person, size difference, childhood friends, doting top and adorable bottom

In 2026, the bottom's career takes a turn for the worse.

He's 25 this year.

This is the fourth year since he emerged from the shadow of being utterly devastated, but he still makes a point of visiting the cemetery every year.

At a dinner party, someone raises a glass to the bottom, speaking suggestively as they touch his arm.

Using a phone call as an excuse, the bottom escapes the dinner party and stands in the chilly night breeze.

A call on the screen connects unexpectedly.

The person on the other end is the top, on March 12, 2023.

His memories stop on the night before his death. In a gentle voice, he asks, "Sweetheart, why aren't you asleep yet?"

You want to live in an ideal world where only he exists.

The central premise: The bottom, temporarily down on his luck, calls his young-deceased beloved across time and changes the past.

I don't really know you that well, either. Then a miracle happens, bringing us to the same age, so that love has no time difference and our pain no longer misses its mark. Let me have the chance to save you when you grow up. Let me see you again after I die.

I will love you even after I die.

A short story. I want to write a love story that's bittersweet, gut-wrenching, and makes your stomach ache.

I won't know what potentially off-putting material I'll write until I start. I'll add specific content warnings once I do. All I can promise is that both leads are hopeless romantics, they're completely devoted to each other, and it has a happy ending.

Possible content: The top has depression; the top and bottom have acted extremely for each other.

Theme: Love lasts forever
