(I really, really want to write a tragic love-and-hate story and a pursuit-of-the-gong redemption arc. The shou thinks he hates the gong, but in truth he's madly in love with him...)
It's marked as gong-centric, but before I start writing, it might turn into a shou-centric story (that is, told from the shou's point of view). I mean, it might.
But I won't know whose point of view will make it easier to develop the characters and story until I actually start writing.
*I won't abandon this story. I will definitely write it.
