Why Is the Person Everyone Hates the Wolf King's Wife?

[Possessive wolf-king leader who dotes on his wife x gentle, cool-headed doctor with a married-person vibe]

Apocalypse story.

I already have the whole concept worked out. I'll post the blurb when it's almost time to start.

Character notes:

1) Younger seme, a strong wolf through and through. A devoted dog in front of his wife, but a brooding, vindictive Scorpio behind his wife's back, with an insanely powerful urge for revenge.

2) Older uke, a laid-back person and a big shot with the calm grace of a chrysanthemum. A cool, beautiful, tragic character with no particularly intense feelings of love or hate.

3) Both are each other's first and only, and their feelings are mutual.

4) The apocalypse plot isn't too complicated, with plenty of personal worldbuilding. Half feel-good power fantasy, half romance.
