Human, This Cat Will Take Responsibility for You!

Gu Zheng wears a suit every day, spending his time in meetings from morning till night. All his friends say he is the textbook CEO: stiff and restrained on the surface, but a refined scoundrel in private, complete with an eight-pack.

He never dates, has no hobbies, and thinks about nothing but stocks from the moment he wakes up. Then, one day, a cat suddenly appears in his home.

Long-haired and heterochromatic, white as a little snowball, it sprawls across the CEO's enormous bed, licking its paws as if it owns the place. It is impossibly fussy, refusing this and that, and meowing straight at Gu Zheng.

Gu Zheng messages his friends in the middle of the night: What do I do if the cat keeps making noise?

Friend: ? Damn it, that's called being affectionate!

-

After half a month of expressionlessly serving as a cat slave, Gu Zheng has more or less accepted the idea that a little darling has fallen from the sky.

He never expects to open his front door and find a pretty, delicate-looking white-haired boy wearing his shirt, staring at him in horror.

Gu Zheng: "?"

Lin Cen: "...Human, meow will take responsibility for you."

Gu Zheng's world comes crashing down.

What does this mean? This white-haired punk is his sweet, obedient little ragdoll?!

-

Three months later, sensational gossip spreads through the offices of the Gu Group!

The boss is dating! There's video proof!

In the black, white, and gray office, their emotionally repressed boss is holding a young man's pale calves and pulling fuzzy socks onto his feet. His expression is tender and indulgent, tinged with helplessness.

Where no one can see,

the boy swings his legs, carelessly kicking Gu Zheng in the knee. Gu Zheng grabs hold of him and lifts him onto the desk.

The man leans over him, his voice a warning: "Tell me, are you going to behave?"

A moment later, a tearful little voice protests: "You're picking on me again... The cat is good, but the human is mean..."
